This week, I’d like to set some goals for fitness and health.
Goal number 1 - To achieve a NET calorie intake of 1400
Goal number 2 - To do 3 sessions of cardio
Goal number 3 - To do 2 sessions of yoga

First time for almost a year. Feels good. Recovered after binges this past week. And lost a pound so far! Also got into gear and went out running on Monday. Did 31 minutes in total. It was an absolute killer, going to try a shorter 20/25 minute run tonight and see how that goes. Also plan on running Thursday and Friday! Kicking my self up the bum for some great things that are coming up this year.
Have had a terrible week, blaming valentines day and general greed. I ate bad yesterday after university after eating only a slim fast. I think I need real food or else i’ll binge. I need to work so much harder, I’ve hardly done any cardio this week. Really bad going.

An easy 20 minute run, nothing difficult about it. Left it a bit late so didn’t do 30 minutes like I’d hoped. Have tried to eat healthy today so hopefully made up for beers and pizza on Friday!
